Direct to LLQP
The Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) provides training for a career in selling life insurance and related financial products. BCC’s LLQP course includes the certification required to write the provincial licensing exams and to apply for Life Insurance and Accident and Sickness Insurance licenses. This course is currently valid in every Canadian jurisdiction except Quebec.
All registrants must have a Canadian Insurance Participant Registry number to enrol in this course. You can get yours here.
LLQP Certification Learning Path
The LLQP course has five modules based on the CISRO/OCRA textbooks. Registration fees include all development fees, but provincial examination and licensing fees are separate.

- Take the LLQP course
- Write the LLQP practice quizzes, mock exams, and certification exams
- Complete your provincial licensing exams
- Apply for your license(s)
A&S Only Course
BCC’s A&S Only Course includes the certification required to write the provincial licensing exams and to apply for an Accident and Sickness Insurance license. This course is currently valid in every Canadian jurisdiction except Quebec.
All registrants must have a Canadian Insurance Participant Registry number to enrol in this course. You can get yours here.
A&S Course Learning Path
Successful completion of all course components, including certification exams, enables you to write the provincial licensing exam and to apply for an Accident & Sickness Insurance license in any Canadian jurisdiction except Quebec.

Top Up from A&S
BCC’s Top Up Course includes the certification required to write the provincial licensing exams and to apply for a Life Insurance license for agents that are already A&S licensed. This course is currently valid in every Canadian jurisdiction except Quebec.
