Buy/Sell Arrangements

This is a 1-hour course. This course discusses the reason for buy/sell agreements, why companies might want a buy/sell agreement in place. We will also take a look at the two types, share redemption and cross-purchase buy/sell agreement, how they are funded and are performed.
